Initial Contact

  • Share your goals and submit the form.

  • We’ll reach out to clear any remaining questions.

  • Alternatively call or write a message

  • Then we schedule your initial assessment session.

The Assessment Session

  • Together we run through a comprehensive evaluation of your mobility, mechanics, and current capacity.

  • We lay out a plan with clear milestones for your coming training cycle.

  • After this session, you decide if we continue our work together and how many sessions per week you wish to attend.

Individualized Training

  • 1:1 in-person coaching (1–3x per week)

  • Ongoing feedback. Progressive adjustment. Measurable progress.

  • Minimum cycle of 12 weeks to ensure high-quality results.
