FLORIN HILTI

Trainer - Physiotherapist

I believe movement is a powerful way of improving people’s relationship with themselves, fostering ability that goes far beyond the physical.

Being both a trainer and a physiotherapist, I strive to bridge the gap in developing such movement anywhere on the continuum between rehab and better performance.

So you can do what truly matters to you.

MY PATH

Movement has always been central to my life. I love being active, training hard, and discovering what I’m capable of. But recurring injuries and aches taught me that chasing performance alone isn’t enough. Without listening to your body, simply working harder feels like the right thing to do, longer than it should.

This experience has shaped both my personal and professional path. After years of working purely as a trainer, I trained as a physiotherapist—not only to better understand my own body, but to help others navigate how far to push, and when not to.

That’s where progress happens and why I go beyond the “what” of exercise. I help you understand how and why your training works—so you can find your own balance between performance and health.

Work & Projects

I'm building a small training group — a space for shared exploration, growth, and movement.
Creating a website to organize ideas and support the trainees with online material.

Personal Focus

I’m learning to find clarity through action rather than perfection.

As I finally bring forward a project I’ve poured myself into, I’m letting its unfolding shape the path ahead.

Along the way, I’m working on letting go of patterns that no longer support me on my journey.

Training

Managing long-term achilles and knee pain that keep me from running or jumping without issues.

Yoga in der Natur

Let´s start your training journey!
